Combining her background in management consulting with her real estate experience, Judith helps occupier organizations align their space, workplace and real estate portfolio with their business strategy.
Judith established ThinkingStrategy: New Paradigms Inc. in 2004 to provide real estate, management and workplace consulting advice to corporate occupiers. Judith has over twenty-five years of consulting experience, which includes approximately ten years of experience with major management consulting firms (PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and IBM Business Consulting Services). Her real estate experience includes architectural consulting, real estate development and project management, and she lead the Canadian real estate and workplace consulting practice at CBRE Limited for eight years. She is a Certified Management Consultant (C.M.C), and is Change Management (PROSCI) Certified. She also holds designations as a Counselor of Real Estate (C.R.E.) and Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (F.R.I.C.S.). She has specialized in the needs of the public sector as major occupiers of portfolios and owners of assets. She has worked with state-owned entities and governments at all levels across Canada on their real estate portfolios. As a specialist consultant to the World Bank Group since 2019, she has worked with governments internationally on their publicly-owned real estate assets.
Judith brings discipline, rigorous analytics and critical thinking to complex problem solving, in combination with reflection and creative insight. As a project leader of multi-disciplinary teams, she values diversity of team skills and cooperative effort, as well as an environment of respect and appreciation. Her unassuming style enables her to work with client’s teams at all levels, from understanding real estate operational issues through to communicating strategic needs at senior management and executive levels.
